The Strengths of FTS
Of the various types of social infrastructure-related survey measuring instruments currently in production, we specialize in measuring instruments and offer a wide variety including domestic and overseas precision measuring instruments. We can supply you with the optimal measuring instruments that fit specific applications such as measuring instruments for detecting buried underground objects, making inspections inside concrete, and inspecting concrete quality, hardness testers for metals associated with the automobile, steel, railroad, and gas industries, and measuring instruments used in testing for poor welding and flaws. In addition to providing measuring instruments, we also contribute to the promotion of efficiency in various areas of construction work such as by having developed HERCULES, which has the functions necessary for shotcreting work of tunnel construction using NATM method.

Construction Machinery
As tunnel and road works in Japan become more efficient, FTS puts its efforts into the launching of products that not only allow works to be carried out efficiently, but safely as well, such as systems that automatically measure blast thickness and those that can detect the initial stages of tunnel face displacement. Furthermore, we are expanding on a global scale so that we can deliver products that meet both domestic and overseas demands.
NDT Instruments
We handle test equipment by both domestic and overseas manufacturers ranging from easily portable types to stationary types used at factory lines, and niche test equipment with limited applications.
Technological Developments
FTS consistently handles everything from consultations to designing, developing, and manufacturing in-house, and develops hardware as well as software products that meet a broad range of requirements.
We also understand the needs of our customers when it comes to overseas measuring instruments, and work with overseas manufacturers to make improvements in the products so that they meet domestic demands.
